How do I create a ticket?
I no longer have my licence key. What should I do?
In general, you can view all orders with licence keys under My Account! If you still need help, create a ticket with your order number.
How long does it take for my ticket to be answered?
We can’t say exactly, because depending on the problem/question, your ticket also has to be forwarded and this takes time. Also things like illness or holidays can delay the processing! However, you should normally receive a reaction to your ticket within 24 hours during the week.
What status can my order have?
Your order may have the following status:
“Payment pending” – The order has not yet been paid.
“In process” – The payment must be checked manually.
“Completed” – The order is ready and completed.
“On hold” – The order needs to be checked manually.

How long does it take for my product to be activated?
The products are checked by us personally. Therefore, the review may take up to 14 working days. However, we try to finish the review as soon as possible!

The payouts are usually made on a weekly basis. However, this is a manual process, so it may be delayed from time to time.
